Camp fires, dutch ovens, and cast iron was what ignited his palate and interest for outdoor cooking. Backgrounds in automotive, construction, and music, Adam stepped out of his comfort zone to pursue the passion he has for barbecue. Residing in Castle Rock, Colorado, when Adam is not working you will find him enjoying the outdoors and partaking in an adult beverage supporting local craft breweries.
